I have been living on the Riviera since I met my husband twenty four years ago. We have two daughters. As they have grown up, I have been able to devote myself to my art.

Though I started to paint in oils ten years ago, I can remenber the pleasure I used to feel as I was a little girl when I was painting or sculpturing (modelling clay). Shape, line and colors have always been the root of an unspeakable happiness for me. Art is the expression of feelings, isn’t it ?

Everyday life, nature and people inspire me.  I am captivated and transported by the light of these subjects. In my opinion, a dark painting is as a life without love…

Jacques Gatti is the one who has enabled me to touch the light in his  painting course in Rayol-Canadel. He has the gift , like Socrate, to bring out artists by his apt clearsighted remarks…

My gear is simply composed of linen canvas,a few brushes and some big paints tubes (mixed white, burnt umber, primary phthalo blue, yellow ochre, cadmium red deep and sap green). I like the smoothness of this material. I use few colors because I enjoy blending them by myself. This exercice makes me look at things as they are and not as I think they are…

In 2009, I started to sell small paintings at the Ramatuelle, Saint Tropez and La Croix Valmer markets. The following year, as I was confident enough  thanks to the interest from my customers, I embarked on a private extensive paintings exhibition in the La Croix Valmer Hall, which was a real success. Then I was selected for the 18th Grimaud Art Show and I won the 37th Great Painting Price in Sainte Maxime where the Mayor and his Council invited me for another large painting private show. And so on...

All this success would have been impossible without all my close and  more distant relations who keep supporting me with the passing days… And I heartily thank them.
